Local availability loss via PSP unregister race

Race condition in Linux Kernel 6.18 through 6.18.32 and 6.19 through 7.0.9 allows local users to interrupt kernel availability. psp_assoc_device_get_locked() drops its live psp_dev reference before acquiring psd->lock and does not recheck registration, allowing psp_dev_unregister() to clear device state during that gap. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a concurrent PSP device-unregistration window; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
