Kernel oops via blocked-domain out-of-bounds access

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux Kernel IOMMU/VT-d component allows local users to trigger a kernel oops during QEMU teardown. domain_remove_dev_pasid() treats the global blocked dummy iommu_domain as though a backing dmar_domain exists, then accesses beyond the smaller structure. The path is reached during VFIO device reset when a QEMU process using Intel VT-d is terminated; the observed consequence is a host kernel protection fault.
