Local system crash via SMC-D tracepoint NULL dereference

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system through an SMC-D socket send or receive operation. The smc_msg_event tracepoint dereferences conn->lnk->ibname even though conn->lnk is unset for SMC-D, so the first traced sendmsg or recvmsg reaches strlen through a NULL-derived address. Root must first enable the tracepoint; an unprivileged local user can then trigger the kernel crash on s390 with SMC-D or x86 with the loopback ISM device loaded.
