Kernel crash via BPF socket-storage unlink race

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 7.0 through 7.0.13 allows local users to crash the kernel via a BPF socket-storage race. bpf_selem_unlink_nofail clears the storage-map pointer before unlinking the element, allowing concurrent clone or diagnostic RCU readers to dereference a NULL smap. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and BPF socket storage; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash and service interruption.
