Kernel memory exposure via undersized ebtables extension

Out-of-bounds read in Linux Kernel ebtables allows local users to read adjacent kernel memory via a crafted 32-bit compatibility rule. compat_mtw_from_user trusts undersized match_size or target_size values before callbacks read or write structures using the larger required compatsize. Reachability requires a local EBT_SO_SET_ENTRIES call and CAP_NET_ADMIN, which can be available in user and network namespaces; consequences include kernel-memory disclosure, corruption, or a kernel fault.
