Memory disclosure and crash via oversized option count

Out-of-bounds access in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to read kernel memory or crash the system via an oversized ip6t_hbh rule. The hbh_mt6_check rule-setup path accepts an optsnr count above 16, so hbh_mt6 later reads past the fixed opts array while matching packets. A local low-privilege user must be able to install an xtables hbh or dst match rule; successful exploitation exposes kernel memory or crashes the kernel.
