File and handler launch via unchecked URL scheme

Improper input validation in Streambert before 2.6.0 allows attackers to launch local handlers or open files via crafted URLs. The open-external IPC handler in src/ipc/downloads.js passes a renderer-supplied URL directly to Electron's shell.openExternal and does not restrict protocols to safe schemes before the operating system resolves them. Exploitation requires renderer-process compromise or equivalent script execution in that context, after which file: or custom URI schemes can open local files, invoke registered applications, or reach remote resources through handler associations.
