Node crash via address mismatch assertion

Denial of service in Zcash Foundation Zebra before 4.5.0 allows remote attackers to crash a node via an invalid mempool transaction. During peer tracking, the handshake stores an IPv4-mapped IPv6 peer as canonical IPv4 through MetaAddr::new_connected, but mempool misbehavior handling forwards the raw transient address to MetaAddrChange::UpdateMisbehavior, so apply_to_meta_addr reaches its address-mismatch assertion. Exploitation requires only an unauthenticated IPv4 connection to the default Linux dual-stack listener on a synced node; after the 30-second misbehavior flush, panic=abort terminates zebrad and the crash can be repeated after restart.
