Unauthorized timesheet changes via state-changing GET routes

Cross-site request forgery in Kimai before 2.58.0 allows remote attackers to alter timesheets through a logged-in browser. TimesheetController exposes stop and restart operations as GET routes that reuse the browser session and write timesheet state without request-forgery validation. A victim must remain authenticated and load attacker-controlled content; the resulting writes can stop active entries or create new entries from historical records, corrupting billing, reporting, approvals, and audits.
