Unauthenticated service interruption via stalled SSH handshakes

Denial of service in the built-in SSH server in Gogs before 0.14.3 allows remote attackers to interrupt Git SSH service via stalled handshakes. The listen function passes each accepted connection to ssh.NewServerConn in a new goroutine without setting a deadline, so a client that withholds its protocol banner pins both the goroutine and file descriptor. The built-in SSH server must be enabled; many held-open connections exhaust file descriptors and block legitimate SSH operations while destabilizing the process.
