Account takeover via overlong password-reset tokens

Insufficient token expiration in Gogs before 0.14.3 allows remote attackers to take over accounts via intercepted reset tokens. GenerateActivateCode embeds ActivateCodeLives in every reset token, and VerifyTimeLimitCode trusts that embedded lifetime instead of the reset setting. Exploitation requires a victim-requested token, interception of that token, and RESET_PASSWORD_CODE_LIVES set below ACTIVATE_CODE_LIVES; success changes the victim's password and exposes the account's private data.
