Cross-origin redirection via partial URL validation

Open redirect in Gogs before 0.14.3 allows remote attackers to send users to arbitrary external sites through crafted redirect_to URLs. The IsSameSite function validates only the first two URL characters, accepting traversal segments followed by a backslash that browsers normalize into a cross-origin URL. Exploitation requires a user to follow the crafted Gogs link and complete a login or another affected post-action flow, enabling phishing or leakage to the attacker-controlled site.
