Stored XSS via unsafe notebook rerendering

Stored XSS in Gogs before 0.14.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a victim's session through a notebook preview. The .nb-markdown-cell handler passes server-sanitized HTML back through marked(), which regenerates javascript: links and writes them into the DOM. A non-admin attacker must place a notebook in a repository the victim can view, and the victim must click the crafted link; script runs with the victim's Gogs-origin privileges.
