Event-ingestion disruption via backtracking hostname regex

ReDoS in Sentry 24.4.0 through 26.5.1 allows remote attackers to degrade event ingestion with crafted hostname-like fields. The hostname parameterization regex in src/sentry/grouping/parameterization.py performs extensive backtracking on specially structured event values; the patch bounds segment repetition and moves top-level-domain validation into an O(1) set lookup. A small unauthenticated burst through a publicly exposed project DSN consumes taskworker CPU and reduces throughput for unrelated projects sharing the worker pool.
