Cross-project query deletion via mismatched authorization context

Incorrect authorization in OpenProject before 17.3.3 and OpenProject 17.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to delete shared queries. The Calendar and Team Planner controllers authorize the URL's :project_id, then load Query.visible(current_user) by :id without checking that the query belongs to that project. Management rights in one project and visibility of a public query in another are sufficient to erase shared views and disrupt dependent planning workflows.
