Account impersonation via skipped null-signature verification

Authentication bypass in National Security Agency Ghidra Server before 12.1 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate server accounts. PKIAuthenticationModule.authenticate() treats null signature bytes as a reason to skip challenge verification, then maps the supplied certificate's DN to a username. Reachability requires PKI mode -a2, a valid CA-issued certificate, and the target's public certificate; impersonation grants the target's repository permissions.
