Command execution via unescaped URL annotation

Command injection in Ghidra before 12.1 on Windows allows remote attackers to execute commands by inducing a URL annotation click. The handler passes the attacker-controlled URL to the default cmd.exe /c start browser command, while Windows process quoting leaves shell metacharacters unescaped. Execution requires a victim to click the annotation in a malicious project or program and runs commands with the Ghidra user's privileges.
