Persistent halt via credit-before-debit balance update

Denial of service in Zcash Foundation Zebra before 4.5.0 allows attackers to halt nodes via a consensus-valid block with transparent self-spends. In zebra-state/src/service/finalized_state/zebra_db/transparent.rs, the finalized-state writer applied address-balance credits before same-block debits, so a same-address self-spend chain could push an intermediate balance above MAX_MONEY and trigger an expect-based panic. Exploitation requires mining the crafted block and committing sufficient ZEC to the chain; because the block remains consensus-valid, affected nodes halt again after restart until patched.
