Unauthenticated pending-account deletion via Stripe subscription requests

Broken access control in WPEverest User Registration & Membership 5.2.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete pending member accounts. The Stripe subscription request path processes requests without sufficient authorization validation and deletes the associated pending accounts. No account is required, and the documented consequence is limited to pending member accounts during Stripe subscription processing.
