Guest heap disclosure via unchecked IP length

Out-of-bounds read in Red Hat Enterprise Linux Fast Datapath allows guest OS users to disclose heap data via crafted IP packets. OVN's pinctrl ICMP error handler trusts IPv4 ip_tot_len or IPv6 ip6_plen when copying the triggering packet into a reply, so an inflated length reads past the valid packet buffer. Exploitation requires a guest workload to trigger an ICMP error through a reject ACL, gateway MTU check, or rejecting load balancer; the reply can expose adjacent ovn-controller heap contents.
