Unrestricted file upload in Shandong Hoteam InforCenter PLM 8.3.0 through 8.3.8 allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary files. The uploadFileToIIS function in /Base/BaseHandler.ashx accepts the File argument without restricting dangerous file types. No authentication or user interaction is required, and uploaded server-executable content can provide remote code execution.
