Mass assignment in z-9527 admin 1.0 through 2.0 allows remote authenticated users to elevate their accounts to administrator. The updateUser function iterates every submitted profile field and interpolates each key and value into an SQL UPDATE statement without an allowlist. Any signed-in user can set isAdmin to 1, changing that account's stored privilege state and gaining administrative access.
