Stored XSS via unrestricted unauthenticated file upload
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in AIFlowy 2.1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to upload attacker-controlled files without authentication. The UploadController uploadPrePath endpoint skips permission checks and accepts arbitrary file content that the static-resource path serves directly. Exploitation requires a victim to open the uploaded resource; script execution occurs in the victim's browser under the application's origin.
