Stored script execution via unescaped state name

Stored cross-site scripting in Code Projects BloodBank Managing System 1.0 allows remote attackers to inject browser-executed script. The /admin_state.php handler stores the statename parameter without neutralizing script-capable input before the value is rendered. No authentication is required to submit the payload, but execution requires another user to open the affected administrative state view, enabling attacker-controlled changes in that browser context.
