Browser script execution via stored forum markup
Published Aug 4, 2026 · Updated Aug 4, 2026
Stored XSS in the Forum posting function of O2OA 10 allows attackers to execute JavaScript when a victim opens a crafted post. The posting workflow accepts modified content inside an uploaded image tag, saves the script-capable markup, and renders it to later forum readers. Exploitation requires permission to publish a crafted post and a victim to open it; the demonstrated impact is browser-context script execution.
