Out-of-bounds read in FFmpeg's MOV parser before 9.0 allows attackers to read beyond allocated memory through a crafted file. The mov_read_iacb function in libavformat/mov.c accepts extradata that lacks the padding required by the parsing path and reads beyond its valid boundary. Processing attacker-controlled MOV media is required; the published record does not establish whether the read exposes data or interrupts the process.
