Remote command execution via unsanitized serialNo

OS command injection in UTT nv518G firmware 3.2.7-210919-161313 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via serialNo. The gohead sub_445C5C handler inserts the unsanitized value into an rm shell command with sprintf and passes the result to doSystem. Remote attackers must be able to submit serialNo to the handler; shell metacharacters then execute commands with the web service process's privileges and can interrupt the router.
