Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted webhook destination

SSRF in Chatwoot 4.11.0 through 4.11.2 allows remote authenticated users to send server-side POST requests to chosen URLs. Webhooks::Trigger passes a user-controlled HTTP or HTTPS URL directly to RestClient::Request.execute after validating only its format, without blocking private or internal destinations. A user with webhook or automation-creation permission can trigger requests from the Chatwoot host to probe internal services or forward conversation and contact data to an attacker-controlled endpoint.
