Authenticated code execution via unsanitized upload chain
Published Jul 9, 2026 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
Improper input validation in docuForm FSM Client 11.11c allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through report.php. Multiple access points fail to sanitize user-supplied input, and the file-upload path combines with other flaws to execute code on the host. A low-privilege account is required; successful exploitation exposes sensitive data, permits system-configuration changes, and interrupts service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

CVSS describes severity. EPSS estimates exploitation probability.
Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
Public exploit references
No public exploit references are available in this record.
Labels summarize the accepted research assessment. They do not indicate a test against your environment.
