CVE-2026-51833Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Internal service enumeration via RSS feed URL

Published Jul 17, 2026 · Updated Jul 17, 2026

SSRF in XenForo 2.3.8 allows remote authenticated users with RSS feed access to enumerate internal ports and expose the server origin IP. The add/save RSS feed endpoint accepts loopback destinations such as localhost or 127.0.0.1 with attacker-selected ports and causes the server to request them. Reachability requires a registered account permitted to add or save RSS feeds; the disclosed consequence is internal network reconnaissance and origin-IP disclosure.
