Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester Simple Doctor's Appointment System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to upload dangerous files. The save_category action in /doctors_appointment/admin/ajax.php accepts the img upload without sanitizing or filtering its file type before storing it. Access to the administrator category-management function is required; uploaded server-executable content grants code execution on the web server.
