Code execution via unchecked SOT tile index

Heap buffer overflow in OpenHTJ2K 0.18.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through crafted JPEG 2000 input. The decoder passes an unchecked SOT Isot tile index to tileSet[Isot], causing j2k_tile::add_tile_part to read and write beyond the heap allocation. No privileges or user interaction are required; the flaw reaches every public decoder entry point and can disclose heap pointers through JPIP responses.
