Authenticated OS command execution via unsanitized rxRate

Command injection in TOTOLINK A3300R 17.0.0cu.557_b20221024 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary OS commands. The setWiFiBasicCfg handler inserts the user-controlled rxRate value with snprintf and sends it to CsteSystem, which reaches execv without neutralizing command syntax. A valid session is required, and injected commands run with the router web service's privileges.
