Unauthenticated QoS policy modification via crafted MQTT message
Published Sep 1, 2026 · Updated Sep 2, 2026
Incorrect access control in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748_B20211015 allows remote attackers to modify master-device QoS policy via MQTT. The cs_broker component accepts an unauthenticated message containing devmac, bw, and action fields, then invokes setElinkQosConfig without an authorization check. Network reachability to the device's MQTT broker is sufficient, and a successful request changes bandwidth policy for a selected device on the mesh master.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
