Forced mesh synchronization via unauthenticated MQTT message

Incorrect access control in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748_B20211015 allows remote attackers to force mesh configuration synchronization. cs_broker accepts an unauthenticated MQTT message naming recv_mesh_info_sync, which downloads meshInfo.ini from an attacker-supplied IP address and applies its Wi-Fi state. Network access to the MQTT broker is sufficient to replace synchronized mesh settings without credentials, altering the router's wireless configuration.
