Wi-Fi schedule deletion via missing authentication
Published Aug 31, 2026 · Updated Sep 1, 2026
Incorrect access control in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748_B20211015 allows remote attackers to delete Wi-Fi schedule entries via crafted POST requests. The delWiFiScheduleCfg handler accepts topicurl and delRule selectors at /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi and performs the deletion without authenticating the requester. Network access to the management CGI is sufficient, and exploitation alters stored Wi-Fi scheduling rather than disclosing data or controlling the device.
