Unauthenticated firewall rule removal via missing access check
Published Aug 31, 2026 · Updated Aug 31, 2026
Incorrect access control in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748_B20211015 allows remote attackers to remove firewall filter rules. The delIpPortFilterRules handler processes crafted POST requests to /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi without enforcing authentication before deleting selected rules. Network reachability to the management CGI is sufficient, and successful exploitation weakens the device's configured traffic controls.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
