Unauthenticated mesh reconfiguration via missing CGI authentication

Incorrect access control in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748_B20211015 allows remote attackers to alter mesh configuration via HTTP. The setWiFiMeshConfig handler in web_cste/cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi accepts mesh JSON in a POST request without authenticating the caller. Adjacent-network reachability to the CGI interface is sufficient, and successful requests write unauthorized mesh settings without exposing data or interrupting service.
