Pairing configuration disclosure via unauthenticated getPairCfg request

Incorrect access control in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748_B20211015 allows remote attackers to read pairing and mesh-slave configuration. The getPairCfg handler in web_cste/cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi processes a POST whose topicurl is getPairCfg without authenticating the requester. Network reachability to the management endpoint is sufficient; the documented response exposes pairing and mesh-slave data.
