Unauthenticated URL-filter rule disclosure via missing authentication
Published Aug 28, 2026 · Updated Aug 28, 2026
Incorrect access control in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748_B20211015 allows remote attackers to read URL-filter rules via a crafted POST request. The getUrlFilterRules handler in web_cste/cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi processes topicurl=getUrlFilterRules without authenticating the request before returning the stored rules. Network access to the router's management interface is sufficient; the disclosed data is limited to URL-filter configuration.
