Configuration disclosure via unauthenticated getIptvCfg request

Incorrect access control in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748_B20211015 allows remote attackers to read IPTV and IGMP configuration data. The getIptvCfg handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi processes a POST request with topicurl=getIptvCfg without requiring authentication and returns the requested settings. Network reachability to the management interface is sufficient; the reported consequence is disclosure of IPTV and IGMP settings, with no reported ability to modify them.
