Unauthenticated reboot via unchecked MQTT command

Incorrect access control in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748_B20211015 allows remote attackers to reboot slave devices via MQTT. The cs_broker service accepts an unauthenticated message selecting startSlaveReboot and invokes the reboot path without checking authorization. Network reachability to the router's MQTT service is required, and successful exploitation interrupts service by rebooting the targeted mesh slave.
