Unauthenticated streaming crash via concatenated RTSP URLs

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda CP3 V3.0 firmware 31.1.9.91 RTSP service allows remote attackers to crash video streaming. The second-stage routing parser accepts five concatenated valid RTSP URLs after the format check, then processes the oversized PLAY URL without sufficient length validation. Exploitation requires LAN access and an RTSP session established through OPTIONS, DESCRIBE, and two SETUP requests; the crash closes port 554 and interrupts every camera stream.
