Denial of service in Tenda CP3 V3.0 firmware 31.1.9.91 allows remote attackers to disable an RTSP connection via a malformed request. The RTSP parser trusts a nonzero Content-Length on bodyless DESCRIBE, SETUP, or PLAY requests and waits indefinitely while consuming later data as body content. No authentication is required; only the affected connection is disabled, while other clients and established streams remain operational.
