Connection-level service interruption via stalled RTSP parser

Insufficient input validation in MERCURY MIPC252W 1.0.5 Build 230306 Rel.79931n allows remote attackers to interrupt an RTSP connection. The RTSP parser trusts a nonzero Content-Length without a message body, waits for missing bytes, and consumes later requests as body data. No authentication is required; the effect lasts about 20 seconds on the attacker's TCP connection and does not disrupt other clients or streams.
