Authenticated PHP code execution via unvalidated template path

Local file inclusion in Rometheme RTMKit 2.0.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side PHP code. The render_templates AJAX endpoint uses the template parameter directly in a PHP require/include operation without validating its path or sanitizing the value. Contributor-level WordPress access is required, and execution is limited to existing server files whose names end in _templates.php.
