Server crash via mismatched ASDU queue formats

Heap buffer overflow in lib60870 2.3.3 through 2.3.6 allows remote attackers to crash CS104 servers via crafted interactions. HighPriorityASDUQueue_enqueue writes each entry as a 16-bit length followed by ASDU bytes, but HighPriorityASDUQueue_hasUnconfirmedIMessages reads those bytes as a larger metadata structure and advances beyond the queue buffer. An unauthenticated TCP client must reach a CS104 server and drive its high-priority queue through the malformed state; the demonstrated consequence is a server-process crash.
