Stored script execution via unencoded task logs

Stored XSS in QD 20220208 through 20250803 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser via a crafted HAR task. TaskRunHandler.post reads log from extracted template variables and inserts logtmp into its HTML response with percent formatting but no HTML encoding. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account to create the HAR task and a victim to run it; the script then executes in the victim's QD session context.
