Cross-site scripting in Proxmox VE 9.x before toolkit 5.1.8 and 8.x before 4.3.16 allows attackers to execute JavaScript. The public advisory identifies only injection of a crafted payload and does not disclose the affected input field, storage path, or rendering function. A victim must load the affected web interface for execution in that browser context, and no availability impact is reported.
