Authenticated command execution via pptpPassThru interpolation

Command injection in TOTOLINK A3300R 17.0.0cu.557_b20221024 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands. The setVpnPassCfg handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi formats the untrusted pptpPassThru value into a command string that CsteSystem passes to execv(). An authenticated management session can submit a crafted request, granting command execution with the router web service's privileges.
